Form & Function Bodywork – Cancellation Policy
Life happens — I get it! If you ever need to cancel or reschedule your massage, I simply ask for at least 24 hours notice. This helps me offer that spot to someone on my waiting list who may need care.
Less than 24 hours notice?
A late cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will apply.
No-show?
The aforementioned 50% fee will be charged.
If you’re feeling unwell or facing an emergency, please let me know as soon as you can — I’m always happy to work with you in those situations.
